We’re thrilled you’re considering enrolling your child at My Piccolo Mondo Childcare!

• 📘 Review the Parent Handbook and sign the acknowledgment form.
• 📝 Fill out the Enrollment Application form.
• 📋 Submit current physical and immunization records (must be within 6 months).
• 🧾 Complete all required forms (emergency contacts, medical, consents, allergies, etc.).
• 🎒 Provide required supplies within 2 weeks of enrollment.
